Please try any product for 30 days. If after 30 days you are not happy with your product, you can return any sealed item for a refund. Items must be returned to use in resalable condition before any refund will be issued.    Due to our discounts, we will not refund charges associated with shipping / handling.

Consumers who wish to make a return must adhere to the following process to receive replacement products, or receive credit for the items returned.  Please contact a Customer Service and obtain approval for your return along with your Consumer Return Authorization number.  When conacting the returns department please summarize the items you wish to return and be prepared to specify the reasons for the return for each product including any quality concerns, damaged product description and or other issues.

A CRA (Consumer Return Authorization) number will be issued and this number must accompany this return in the shipment instructions. Please include your CRA number on the outside label of the shipping box to insure speedy processing for your return.  Please note, we cannot process a return without a preauthorized CRA number, pre-associated with the returned goods.   All items must be returned to our returns center no later than 30 days from the purchase date.  We will not refund retailer purcahses without a valid receipt.

Return policy is valid on first-time consumer orders only.  All Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.  Items returned without a preauthorized CRA number will be disposed of without credit.
