HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

Shipping times vary according to the shipping method you select at time of ordering.   Our fastest domestic shipping times can be as little as 2 – 5 business days.  Of course, international orders will take longer and are gnerally received in as little as 7 days, again depending on the shipping method you select at the time of ordering.  Please note, we cannot control your country’s local customs rules and delays, thus some orders may take longer.

* Please note that international shipping charges do not include applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. If the destination country imposes import duties and/or taxes, the customer is responsible for such payment.

We provide a money back guarantee on all our products. Within 30 days of  your order you may return any sealed bottle or bottles for any reason, for a refund. Simply contact us for your return merchandise authorization number and provide us with the reason for requesting a refund and send it along with the sealed unused bottle or bottles and we will be happy to process your request.

I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER EMAIL RECEIPT

You should receive confirmation immediately upon placing your order. If you do not receive confirmation this means either your order was not successfully completed or you used a different or invalid email address when you signed up. Check with your credit card company to make sure you were not charged and try to reorder. Some mail providers such as AOL may block service emails – please make sure that your security settings allow emails from us.

WHY WAS MY ORDER DECLINED?

Orders may be declined if your shipping address does not match the address your credit card statements are sent to. Also make sure you used a valid credit card number and expiration date. If you are still having problems check with your credit card company or bank – sometimes they have customer protection filters that have to be passed.
